Cowboy Festival Volunteer Form

More than 200 volunteers are needed during the Cowboy Festival, for a minimum four-hour shift. We need help to set-up for the Festival on Thursday and Friday November 5 & 6, on Festival Day, Saturday November 7, and Festival clean-up day on Sunday, November 8.

Snacks/lunch will be provided to volunteers who work a minimum shift.  You will receive an email confirmation with your assignment/shift information and your parking pass (if you are working on Festival Day) a minimum of one week before the Festival.
